The location and extremely high utility cost necessitated a super-efficient and reliable refrigeration design incorporating secondary heat transfer fluids and evaporative condensing. Due to the type and quantity of cooking hoods and appliances Energy Squared developed a unique design to ensure cooking pollutants were exhausted from the space while maintaining a comfortable interior environment at the lowest lifecycle cost.
